MAKING A PURCHASE
For schools and charities a 20% discount will be given if you make a call to Every Occasion supplying us with your charity reference number, our contact telephone number is 01282 863022.
Making a purchase could not be easier, Just browse our website, and once you have found a product you wish to purchase click the add to cart button underneath or to the right of the product image, and repeat the process for each item you wish to purchase.
After you have finished your selection click ''view cart'' button to check items in your basket your have purchased. You will be able to add more or delete if required before clicking on ''checkout'' there you will be asked a few details for us to be able to complete your order.
You can also place an order by telephone, but please do not send your credit card details by fax or e-mail as they are only secure through our online shop.
We also accept personal or business cheques, but goods will not be released until the cheque has cleared.
POSTAGE OPTIONS
We aim to despatch your orders within a five day turn around so if you require an item urgently please order 5 days before your party,
To keep postage simple we offer a 1st class 1-5 day service rate for the uk only delivered by royal mail at a cost of £5.95 per parcel if your order total is over £50 your goods will be delivered FREE of charge.
Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery within the UK, although items in stock are normally processed the same or following working day and received on average within 3 days.
SECURITY
All Credit Card Purchases are processed by paypal Payment Processing and Every Occasion do not keep any customer credit card details on their systems or indeed even see any customer credit card details,
We are a padlock secure online shop,
Every occasion do not pass on any secure information to a third party.
